100% Occupancy - Furlow Capital enters into a long term lease with our rental property owners through a corporate lease for anywhere from 1-3 years. We then make the property available to our travel nurses to stay anywhere from 1 to 12 months at a time. Our firm absorbs all vacancy costs and pays the monthly rent to the owner regardless of vacancies. Furlow Capital works with local hospitals to find and place travel nurses in our owners’ properties.
Medical Professional Tenants - Our travel nurse guests are using the property in order to be in close proximity to their work. They are pre-screened and background checked by the hospital they have a contract with. They are recruited to the hospital when the hospital is unable to service the community. By supporting these front-line workers, we are supporting our communities. These professionals are rarely at home and are usually resting when they are home. In the unlikely event of an eviction, Furlow Capital works with the hospital while property owners get paid the same monthly rent agreed upon in the corporate lease.
Tenant-Paid Management - Furlow Capital cleans the property regularly and performs routine maintenance and repairs at no cost to the property owner. We handle all marketing to our travel nurses at no fee to our owners. Instead, our our owners paying management fees, our hospital clients are more than willing to pay the management costs in exchange for the opportunity to have a fully furnished mid-term rental with utilities for their nurses. Should any problems arise at the property, Furlow Capital is the first point of contact at no expense to the owner.
