Born and raised in Southern California, Nathan has worked as a city planner for the past 20 years for cities such as Santa Clarita, Oxnard, Malibu, Pasadena, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. At Furlow Capital, Nathan focuses his energy on Partnership Development.

Rob is a retired Assistant Superintendent for the William S. Hart School District. Rob has acted as the owner’s representative for the design, construction, and management of multiple high schools and middle schools. Rob is the controlling manager at Furlow Capital.

Chad is a Real Estate Agent in Southern California and Marketing Specialist for Furlow Captial.

With a master’s degree in international business, Chris has worked in product design, research, and manufacturing for the past 20 years and has also started his own facility services company for the past three years. Chris oversees cleaning services for Furlow Capital properties.

Real is a retired City of Los Angeles building inspector where we worked for more than 30 years. Real has his own real estate portfolio of rental properties and oversees all maintenance and repair for Furlow Capital.

Naomi is a teacher and dance choreographer. She is also the interior design manager for Furlow Capital and is responsible for the furnishing of all properties.
