It’s important that each of our properties meets the needs of our travel nurses and that we as a company are able to meet the needs of our property owners.
Sign Lease
Our property owners sign a lease agreement with Furlow Capital rather than with an individual. Furlow Capital can sign a corporate lease or add an addendum to the standard lease provided by our property owners. The lease allows for us to change the locks and for our travel nurses to use the property.
Put Your Feet Up
Our team handles furnishing, utilities, marketing, vacancies, tenant inquiries, routine maintenance, and regular cleaning. There is no management fee to our property owners, whose primary jobs are to collect monthly rent checks from Furlow Capital and to be recognized as healthcare heros in their community.
